Sydney Extensions & Designs quality home renovations service follows a well organsied and planned process to ensure that your house renovation proceeds smoothly with minimal disruptions or unwanted costs and surprises.

ENQUIRY

It all starts with you making an appointment with one of our experienced house extension and renovation design consultants, please go to the 'Contact Us' page if you would like to make an enquiry.

CONSULTATION

Our renovation design consultant visits you in the comfort of your own home.

CONCEPT

Your extension and renovation needs are discussed and a design concept plus cost estimate for your house extension is developed.

FEASIBILITY

We then carry out a feasibility study to determine a concept plan based on council compliance.

WALKTHROUGH

We present in 3D  at our studio a computer drawn concept plan of your home extension and renovation. If required, we make changes on the spot and then re-cost for your approval.

PRE-LIM

We prepare a "Preliminary Agreement" document, which includes specification & indicative cost.
You are now able to peruse the preliminary agreement prior to signing it and paying the prescribed fee to prepare full contract documentation.

MEASURE

A plan measure site visit is conducted on site with the extension project team.

PLAN

Engineer's computations, working drawings, detailed specifications, soil tests & fixed price are now prepared and presented.

CONTRACT

The paperwork is now signed and you pay the deposit.

COUNCIL

We submit the drawings & specifications to the council.
Building permits are received.

BUILDING

Your construction supervisor will meet you on site to arrange commencement of your house extensions and renovations.

COMPLETION

Fixed completion date - Your home extension and renovation comes with a 10 year guarantee upon completion.
